we have created a range of fun, unique and engaging workshops.

Our workshops are categorised in 3 ways; Healthy Workshops, Active Workshops and Parent Workshops.

Healthy Workshops

We currently have 3 key topics available through our healthy workshops;

  • Mental Health and the link the diet and exercise (Key parts designed by a mental health professional and nutritionist)
  • The benefits of Healthy Eating
  • The Human Body
  • Importance of Physical Activity

Active Workshops

  • Getting active workout – our coaches demonstrating a 30 – 40 min workout that can be done at home!
  • Team Building Days
  • Sports Days

 

Parent Workshops

Working with parents to discuss key topics around a healthy lifestyle or demonstrating how easy it can be to exercise with your children through our “getting active” workshop!
